Robert (Bob) Hagerty is CEO of Icontrol Networks. Prior to Icontrol Networks, Hagerty was the CEO at Polycom, a developer of collaboration tools including telepresence, VoIP, video and voice solutions. As CEO, Hagerty grew the business from a speakerphone company to a market-maker in the communications industry. Prior to joining Polycom, Hagerty held key senior management positions with Logitech, Inc., Conner Peripherals, Ampex Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation. Hagerty holds a B.S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, and an M.A. in Management from Saint Mary's College of California. ==Awards and Recognitions== Hagerty received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Award in 2009.
